What services does Blue Safari offer?

Blue Safari provides a full range of experiences including watersports (jet ski, efoil, banana boat, donut rides), boat activities, yacht rentals, luxury cruises, and deep-sea fishing trips in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

How do I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website, contact our team via WhatsApp, or visit us at any one of our locations in Dubai and Abu dhabi. Our team will confirm availability, timings, and any special requests you may have.

Do I need prior experience for activities like jet ski or efoil?

No. All activities are beginner-friendly. Our certified instructors provide full safety briefings and hands-on guidance, making it easy even for first-timers.

Are the activities safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All equipment is regularly maintained, instructors are certified, and every session begins with a mandatory briefing. Life jackets and safety gear are provided for all activities.

What should I bring on the day of my activity?

Wear comfortable swimwear and bring valid ID, sunscreen, a towel, and sunglasses. For yacht cruises or fishing trips, you may also bring snacks, drinks, or personal items.

Are there age or weight restrictions?

While we offer activities for all ages, weights and fitness levels, certain activities have some inherent restrictions. Our Team will guide you during your booking process to make sure you chose the most appropriate activity for you.

Can beginners join activities like fishing or yacht cruises?

Absolutely. All experiences are designed for beginners as well as experienced guests. Our crew assists with equipment, fishing techniques, and ensures a smooth and enjoyable journey.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost, or offer you a full refund. Your safety always comes first.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the activities are free. Between 48 hours to 24 hours, we refund 50%. Activities cancelled less than 24hours prior to booking time are not refunded.

Do you provide photos or videos of the experience?

Yes. Many activities offer photo and video add-ons so you can capture your adventure. Our team will share available packages at the time of booking.
